by

MARSHFIELD, Wis. (WSAU) - A traffic crash southwest of Marshfield Friday killed one person and injured four others.

Wood County Sheriff’s investigators say the crash happened at the intersection of highways N and B just before 9:00 a.m. 40-year-old Paul D. Feenstra of Marshfield failed to yield at a stop sign, and struck a van driven by 38-year-old Connie M. Cullen of Pittsville. Cullen and children 13-year-old Haley, 10-year-old Jonathon, and 6-year-old Anthony Cullen were all taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Feenstra was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation by the Wood County Sheriff’s Department.
