MEDFORD, Wis. (WSAU) – Taylor County officials will be pressing charges against a man accused of injuring a 10 year old in a July drunken driving crash.
Prosecutors are charging 34-year-old Jonathan Terrones with multiple felonies, including recklessly endangering safety, OWI causing injury, and driving without a license. Reports say Terrone’s vehicle left the road near the corner of Highways M and Q in Taylor County around 1 am July 1st. The crash injured his 10-year-old passenger, including a fractured hip and femur.
Reports from the time of the crash say Terrones had a blood alcohol level of .096.
If convicted on all charges, Terrones faces 41 years in prison. His preliminary hearing starts tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 am.
